All Medical Records have been archived so record requests can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill, but it is usually faster.
The medical records will be released to you through the Chartrequest portal. We recommend that you download the records and save them to your computer. Then print them, or place them on a disk (or usb drive) to provide to a new provider.
